XPS Group re-alignment

In reviewing our strategy of the XPS Group it was determined that a regional focus and value added services towards our customers desires re-alignment of our production facilities.

In the best interest of our customers, shareholders and other stakeholders, it is therefore decided that all cartridge re-manufacturing from the Chinese factory in Hefei will be transferred to Europe.

We will continue to serve our Xytech customers out of our Su Zhou facility in China, based on the specific added values that Xytech provides to their customers.
